We have been contracted to design and build sheds that were taken from a magazine, or in some cases asked to follow the design of the home on a smaller scale. Whatever your needs are, or budget we have a shed for you.
If you are ready to get started with your new storage building , simply e-mail us  including your name, address and phone numbers to contact you.  We will set up an On-Site appointment that will be best suited for both parties, and forward back to you our Job Site Prep Sheet as a guide to picking the best location for your new storage building.
During the On-Site appointment we will evaluate the grade of the area of building placement with the use of a Laser Transit to ensure the proper amount of leveling material is available at the time of construction.
We also bring roof shingle samples, vinyl siding samples if needed along with our most used siding called Smart Panel.
We will explain the step by step procedure to have the job site ready, along with the materials we use in our construction. Best of all you will have our undivided attention to answers all questions.

Experience is a major part of it, but there are lots more reasons.
To me as the co-owner, I know that kit companies rely on the talent of the subcontractor
that they send to construct your shed. The contractor is given a copy of the plans, and
upon his, or her interpretation is a different result for each building. The home owner
only knows what the contractor tells them. The standard answer for any customer question
is "that's the way is done ". Unless you have some formal training of construction, as a
lay person you believe it to be true, and satisfied or not, it's not going any further.
As a seasoned carpenter I know we all have good days, and some not so good. Which day will you get?

At All Build Sheds, I take the chance out of the equation. I personally cut each and every shed
that leaves my cut shop. To ensure myself to only good days, I have a jig for every cut, for every
 building. Every contractor that builds an All Build Shed is required to train on location with me
until I'm confident of their ability. That brings us back to good days, and bad days for every 
contractor. I don't do a biorhythm chart for every contractor to find the good days, I just
simply inspect every job no matter where the location is, and they all know it. If I find that
any work that I believe to be sub-standard, I personally repair, and I offer the suggestion that the
contractor would be better suited working for a kit company.

Why all the fuss? The answer is easy as every structure that represents my company becomes a
silent salesman as it's seen by the surrounding neighbors, but more important is the full five
year warranty that I stand behind in writing. I, as you do, know that if the structure is built
correctly, then there is no concern for call backs. It's just that simple.
